Awareness and Cultural Competency Training

Cultural competency is critical for employees in this age of globalization, diversity, equity and inclusion. Cultural competency is an evolving rather than static process, organizations that have culturally agile employees will guide the way! At Corporate Wellness Psychotherapy, we created an Awareness and Cultural Competency training based on our experience and training as healthcare professionals. We focus on teaching skills and knowledge that value diversity, understand and respond to cultural differences, and increase awareness of employees and organizations’ cultural norms. 


Employees are empowered to:

  • Learn and understand levels of their own culture
  • Develop awareness of “cultural blindspots”
  • Learn skills to be more culturally competent 
  • Connect authentically with colleagues and clients
